Delivery and Payment
All promotions offered on the site are valid until stock runs out. We reserve the right to contact you for further details.
All products are new and shipped in their original packaging. The warranty period for all products is 24 months from the date of purchase. All products are sent by courier with Speedy or Econt.
The cost of delivery is borne by the customer (unless a promo code for free delivery is applied). All products are shipped with an "Inspection" option.
The delivery cost is displayed during the order process and varies for different delivery methods. When ordering multiple items (resulting in large volume or weight), we reserve the right to choose the delivery method.
The product list in each category or on each product page shows information about its availability. This information relates to the stock in our warehouse and is constantly updated.
It is possible for the product to be out of stock despite its "in stock" status. You will be notified by phone or email about any inconvenience caused. If the order is dispatched within the indicated period, you will receive confirmation via the email with which you registered, and the product will be handed over to the courier during their working hours. We will contact you by phone only if clarification is needed.
Depending on availability, the possible statuses are:
- In stock: Product offered by ATRA OOD, available in more than one unit; The exact delivery time will be communicated by phone after the order is placed.
- On request: The exact delivery time can only be provided by a sales consultant at +359 884 138 832
- Out of stock: Product with no available stock
The delivery period is from two to five working days, depending on the location, and applies only to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Payment is made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or postal money transfer through Speedy.
The available payment methods are:
- Cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier upon delivery);
- Bank transfer;
- Postal money transfer through Speedy.
For all orders, a receipt is issued, and an invoice can be provided at the customer's request. The documents are placed under the waybill or in the transport packaging of the product.
In your account, you can track the status of your order in real time and see exactly where your package is. Order status tracking: Upon sending the order, you will receive an email confirming the order, and upon invoicing, you will receive a second email with the delivery date. Our consultant will contact you only if we need additional information for the delivery of the ordered products. All products can be returned within 14 days.
Refunds for returned goods are made only to the customer's bank account.
Returned goods with cash on delivery are not accepted.
